These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) apply to all orders placed on the website www.clabz.re operated by Clabz, a Micro-Enterprise, registered with the RCS of Saint Denis de La Réunion under number 94384425800013, whose head office is located at 49 Rue Des Agaves Saint Paul.
1. PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions define the conditions under which customers can purchase ready-to-wear items offered by Clabz on the website www.clabz.re
2. PRODUCTS
The products offered are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, slight variations may exist due to differences in screen displays or the handcrafted nature of the garments.
3. PRICE
Prices displayed on the website are in euros (€), excluding taxes (HT). Clabz reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time of the order.
4. ORDER
To place an order, the customer must:
Select the desired items and add them to the cart
Validate the basket and fill in the information required for delivery
Make payment using the methods offered on the site
Receive an order confirmation by email
Clabz reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a dispute with the customer or suspicion of fraud.
5. PAYMENT
Payment is made online by credit card. The transaction is secure and banking data is not stored.
6. DELIVERY
Orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Deliveries are made by La Poste Colissimo and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
Delivery costs are indicated at the time of order confirmation. In the event of a delivery delay beyond our control, Clabz cannot be held responsible.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the items, provided that they are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
To make a return, the customer must contact customer service at clabz.re@gmail.com and follow the instructions provided. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless we made an error.
Refund will be made within 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned items.
8. WARRANTIES & LIABILITY
Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. If an item is defective, the customer can contact contact@clabz.re for an exchange or refund.
Clabz cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products.
9. PERSONAL DATA
The information collected is used solely for order processing and is not shared with third parties without consent. In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by contacting contact@clabz.re
10. DISPUTES & APPLICABLE LAW
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing agreement, the competent court will be that of the defendant's place of residence or that of Clabz's registered office.
