Refund Policy

At Clabz, we want to guarantee customer satisfaction. If an item doesn't suit you, you have the right to withdraw and can request a return under certain conditions.


1. PRE-ORDERS – REFUND CONDITIONS

No cancellations are possible after the order has been placed. The order is considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled or refunded .

In the event of a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we undertake to repair, exchange or refund the item in question.

No refunds will be given for:

A change of mind.

A production or delivery timeframe, except for delays exceeding 30 working days after the estimated date.

Production times:

Pre-ordered items require a manufacturing time of 5 to 10 weeks . This timeframe may vary depending on demand.

1.1 RETURN CONDITIONS

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return one or more items if:
They are unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition
They are returned in their original packaging with the labels intact
Return requests are made via email address or contact form

Returned items showing signs of wear, odor, or deterioration will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.

Items on promotion or sale are not eligible for refund except in the case of a manufacturing defect.


2. RETURN PROCEDURE

 Send a return request by email to contact@clabz.re indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
 Wait for our confirmation and follow the instructions sent by our team.
 Return the item to the address provided, at your own expense, except in the case of an error on our part (defective product, wrong item received).
 Upon receipt and verification, we will process your refund within [estimated time, e.g. 14 days] .


3. REFUND

The refund is made via the same payment method used for the purchase.
Initial delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund has been processed.

If you do not see the refund in your account after [estimated time, e.g. 5 to 10 working days] , please contact your bank before writing to us.


4. DEFECTIVE ITEMS OR ORDER ERROR

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@clabz.re with photos of the product. We will offer you an exchange or a refund at no extra cost.


5. EXCHANGES

We do not offer standard exchanges. If you would like a different size or model, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order.

6 . ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order has been placed, it is impossible to cancel the order before it is shipped.
